Dr Ross is a qualified teacher specializing in the piano accordion. Learn the basics of accordion playing (thanks in part to the Palmer-Hughes method books) and you’ll quickly learn a few polkas or waltzes. With dedicated practice and my extensive repertoire of accordion music you could progress towards learning Piazzolla tangos or pop music of your choice. The sky’s the limit and is a great way to have some fun.
Dr Ross teaches at his West End studio in Vancouver and at the World of Music and Arts school in Steveston, Richmond. He can also provide the names of two accordion technicians who can help fix your old instrument or find you a decent used one to get started with.
